SUPURB OCEAN VIEWS
Once inside the Balian beach house you will want to spend most of your time upstairs where uninterrupted ocean views await your arrival.

SLEEPS 4 PEOPLE
The house accommodates up to four people. There is one bedroom downstairs with a bunk bed to sleep two people with ceiling fan. Upstairs is all open plan and contains a huge and very comfortable king size bed and air conditioning.

LOUNGE & LIVING
The lounge and living area is also upstairs, there is no separate main bedroom. There is a T.V. and DVD player along with a few pod chairs for chillin and relaxing

BATHROOM
There is a huge bathroom downstairs with toilet, shower & basin and hot and cold water. The water pressure is sometimes a little weak so you may need to keep that in mind. It’s also a great place for hanging wetsuits & storing boards.

TROPCIAL GARDEN & OUTDOOR GAZEBO
The house also has it’s own yard and gardens that features a Balinese gazebo for dreamy arvo naps and chilling with mates.

BEDDING & LINEN
To make your stay as comfortable as possible all bedding is supplied. The house is serviced every 2-3 days. All linen, towels, pillows and blankets are supplied.
